Wondering...
What's in it?
Gut Tea is made of these certified organic ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis), Spearmint(Mentha spicata), Tulsi (Ocimum africanum)
How do I make Gut Tea?
Prepare Gut Tea as a hot infusion! Hot infusions are best for delicate parts of the plant like leaves and flowers. Think of tea made with teabags, this is your basic infusion!! A therapeutic strength tea is using larger amounts of herbs in your infusion and a longer steep time.
To Receive The Best...
- Add 1 tbsp of Gut Tea per 1 cup of water to a mason jar, tea pot or mug
- Pour nearly boiling water over the herbs. Cover vessel with the lid and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Covering the tea with a lid helps retain the herbs’ naturally containing essential oils in aromatics like Mint or Tulsi or actually every single herb in this tea is aromatic :)
- Use a mesh strainer to strain the infusion and drink. Enjoy!
How long will this last?
Gut Tea is packed to last you for a month when you drink it several times/week.
Is everything organic?
Yes, everything in Gut Tea is certified organic.
I’m working on increasing this to a daily brew for me after dinner, but for now, I love the taste of this tea. I love how it makes me feel. So far, my digestion feels smoother on the evenings when I drink it after dinner. I also happen to love the packaging. It’s simple, beautiful, and easy. I really appreciate that it’s not a bag tea. I appreciate a very natural option.
I really enjoy the taste of this tea and it definitely seems to help as it's supposed to. Win-win! :)
I usually transition to yogi tea’s during dry (damp) January but I’m so glad I decided to support this amazing, women owned and operated business instead. The tea is delicious, it’s a whole loose leaf experience and something about the spearmint is everything I didn’t know I needed. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! So soothing and comforting during these cold winter months. ♥️

Drink it! Share it!
