A blended tea for broad spectrum skin support. This tea delivers a daily dose of vitamins & minerals, encourages hydration inside & out, as well as gentle liver support because the skin & liver are bffs!  Great as a latte!

Rosehips (Rosa canina), Oat Straw (Avena sativa), Nettle (Urtica dioica), Hibiscus, Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Add 1-2 tbsp of dried herb per cup of water to the vessel of choice. Pour nearly boiling water over the herbs. Cover vessel with the lid and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Use a mesh strainer to strain infusion and drink. Tip: Increase potency by letting your tea steep for at least 20-30 minutes or prepare your tea before bed to steep overnight! For a stronger therapeutic infusion add more herb per cup of water.
